Refund Policy
Effective date: 8 September 2026
This Policy explains refunds for Propagio, operated by Propagio Pty Ltd ACN 701 978 930 (ABN 68 701 978 930). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record; Paddle administers refunds on our behalf under this Policy.
1. Your consumer rights come first
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there is a major failure you are entitled to a remedy as provided by law; this Policy is in addition to those rights.
2. Per-project payments
A per-project payment buys six months of that project being live. It is charged once. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing renews on its own.
Because the payment buys a fixed period rather than ongoing access, we do not pro-rate it. If you stop using a project part way through, the six months you paid for still run to the end.
If you have bought a project credit and not yet used it, you can refund it yourself in Propagio within seven days of paying. The credit is removed at the same moment.
3. The one refund rule
- An unused project credit is refundable by you, in Propagio. The credit is removed at the same moment.
- A plan payment is refunded on request by Propagio. The plan stops at the same time.
- Archive time is never refunded by you in the product. A full refund or a chargeback takes those months off the project again.
3a. Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then does not renew.
- We do not generally refund a period already started once the allowance has been used, except where required by law.
- We will remind you at least five (5) working days before any renewal so you can cancel first.
4. Extensions
An extension adds six months to the end of your current period, not to the day you pay, so paying early never costs you time. Extensions are treated the same way as the original payment for refunds. The first six months of archiving are free; archive time bought after that is covered by the rule below.
5. Deletion
A project is live for six months. When that ends you can archive it, which keeps it readable for a further six months at no charge. At the end of that we give you eight days’ notice and then delete it permanently. Paying at any point starts a fresh six months. Deletion is not a refundable event and does not create a right to a refund of earlier payments.
6. No surprise charges
We show all costs before you are charged and send a reminder at least five (5) working days before any charge. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
7. How to request a refund
Contact legal@propag.io (or use the billing receipt from Paddle) with your account and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
